We present candidates who have passed our internal vetting process. While we strive for optimal matches, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit. Trial periods may apply based on your service agreement.

5. Exclusivity

Professionals hired through Remotalents are exclusive to the client during their engagement. They are not freelancers and are committed full‑time to your company unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your client agreement. Invoices are due as specified. Non‑payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Support

We offer responsive client support via email or direct account managers for active customers.

8. Confidentiality

Both clients and professionals must maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information exchanged. NDAs may be required.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during the engagement belongs to the client, unless another agreement states otherwise.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the site or services, including but not limited to:

• Submitting false information

• Circumventing the platform to work directly with professionals

• Engaging in illegal or abusive conduct

11. Limitation of Liability

Remotalents is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or platform engagements.
